If this is true, it's totally shocking that 'oh yeah, concussions are bad, too' would take a backseat to a McMahon gut feeling.


Vince McMahon doesn't understand Pirates of the Caribbean, and he may not understand the appeal of American History X either (oh, this needs an irony font more than ever). It's reported that McMahon himself disliked Seth Rollins' Curb Stomp finish, on the basis of its contrivance. The opponent has to lay there forever before receiving the wicked stomp, and McMahon felt that was a bit business exposing, especially in the case of Brock Lesnar.


That said, I guess we'll never see another People's Elbow or Five Knuckle Shuffle, since they're each contingent on the opponent lying prone for a metric fuck-ton of time. If McMahon is nothing else, he is consistent and fair when it comes to his sudden whims.
