I get this feeling this case isn't going to have legs to it, especially if the Raven/Kanyon/Sanders union bid failed. If that didn't win, proving that WWE subjects performers to physical strife is going to be awfully hard when nobody told them that they had to be wrestlers in the first place. They took the bumps; they had to have an inkling that it was hurting.
Am I being too insensitive here? I'm not a wrestler, obviously, and one of those reasons is that I understand the physical toll. Jericho summed it up best in his first book when Ventura gave him the tip 25 years ago, 'prepare to live every day in pain'. There've been precedents.
