Young Bucks Reportedly In Bidding War
They've turned down a WWE developmental deal, and they're one of the most sought-after acts on the American independent scene. Matt and Nick Jackson find themselves reportedly now being eyed by nationally-televised promotions.
This week's Wrestling Observer reports that TNA and Lucha Underground are attempting to bring the two-man Superkick Party into their fold. The Observer notes that TNA is "making a big play" for the duo, while Lucha is hoping to bring them in when their second season on the El Rey network kicks off. For their part, Ring of Honor, who use the Bucks a few times per year (specifically on New Japan tie-in shows), wants to give the Bucks a more exclusive deal.
I'll say this: if TNA wins the negotiation battle, let's leave "Max and Jeremy Buck" locked away in a drawer somewhere. Not everything in wrestling has to have the WWE Renaming Generator employed.
